Furniture and goods with life left in them are donated to local causes and community projects first.
Recycled
What can't be donated is separated and recycled — metals, wood, textiles, appliances.
Responsibly disposed
Only what's left goes for disposal, handled in line with waste regulations. Note we can't take flammable or hazardous materials, perishables, illegal items or weapons.
Priced by the job, not the postcode lottery
Every clearance is different, so pricing follows the job: volume of contents, size of the property, location and any special requirements. Quotes are free, and once you approve we'll schedule promptly — full houses usually clear in a day or two.
